You can ask for a prescription transfer in person by going to the pharmacy counter at the new location you have chosen or by calling our pharmacy. Our pharmacy team will then create your file and request the prescription information from your current pharmacy to be transferred to Yonge-Finch Pharmacy.

The service could be done by our Telus PharmaConnect app 

You would need to create a new account at the Telus PharmaConnect app. You might need to contact the pharmacy to get the registration code.
